For most of his career, Ron has focused on the unique business needs of Individuals and Small Business owners. From 1996-2001, he achieved success as a District Manager with ADP Employer Services, serving the Payroll & Benefits needs of Small Businesses with 2-50 employees.

In 2001, he entered the practice of Employee Benefits consulting with a prominent local Group Benefits ... more ice, providing professional benefits consulting & support services for Small Businesses and their employees. After (14) years of Group Benefits practice with (3) major benefits firms, The Fincher Group was started with the mission to serve the benefit needs of individuals, families, and entrepreneurs.

For the past (8) years, believing that “Protection of Health = Protection of Wealth” Ron has focused on providing advice, solutions, and support for those seeking the optimal balance of coverage for Medical, Dental, and many other important benefit solutions to protect the Health & Financial Wellness of individuals, families, and entrepreneurs.
