Deborah Lanham has served as President and CEO of the Alpharetta Chamber of Commerce since January 2020. Under Deborah’s leadership, the Alpharetta Chamber has officially partnered with the Development Authority of Alpharetta (DAA) to create the Downtown Alpharetta District. This 3-year economic development initiative funded by the DAA focuses on driving sustainable growth through the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy.
Deborah is a high-performing business executive with a varied career in sales, marketing, and communications for brand giants Hospital Corporation of America, Burger King (Restaurant Brands International) and Sanrio Company, designers of Hello Kitty. She holds key industry connections in education, government, film, entertainment, media, technology, healthcare, financial services, food and beverage, telecommunications, and non-profit organizations.
Before joining the Alpharetta Chamber, Deborah served as Vice President of Business Development for the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce for nearly eight years. During her successful tenure at GNFCC, she created and led Tech 400, Women in Business, and the Young Business
